We will contact you shortly to confirm your laundry pickup date/time. If you have questions or need to change your appointment please contact us by calling or texting 920-663-8969.

We will notify you when we are on our way to pick up your laundry. Please have your laundry in the pickup spot in 13 gallon kitchen bags (cloth laundry bags if you prefer) or plan to meet us at the door.

After bringing your laundry back to Big Loads we will contact you with the total amount due and when to expect your laundry returned.
