Terms and Conditions

By dropping off your laundry for our wash dry fold service or by scheduling an order pickup you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Damage and loss

While every care is taken, Big Loads is not responsible for weak/fragile fabrics that tear during the standard cleaning process, items left in pockets such as money, jewelry, electronics, etc, fastness of colors or shrinkage. In the event of proven negligence by Big Loads resulting in loss or damage, compensation shall not exceed three times the cost of the order.

Customer responsibility

Customers must inspect all items upon receipt. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

Pickup and Delivery Boundary

For the safety of our staff and the security of your home, Big Loads personnel will not enter any private residence. All pickups and deliveries will be conducted at the primary entrance (front door, porch, or garage) or a pre-arranged designated outdoor area.

Storage fee

Any items unable to be delivered or picked up after 7 days will incur a daily storage fee of $1 per day. This fee must be paid in full before the items are released.

Limitation of liability

Big Loads shall not be held liable for any deterioration of fabric, color fading, or damage for items left beyond 30 days.

Disposal of uncollected items

Any items not picked up within 30 days may be considered abandoned. Big Loads reserves the right to donate or dispose of such items at its discretion.

Right of lien

Big Loads reserves the right to retain possession of all items until full payment, including any applicable storage fees, has been received.
